Join me for The Eastside Mindfulness Collective’s Weekly Saturday Morning Community Meditation in “The Garage.” We’re building a community of like-hearted individuals interested in exploring secular spirituality through mindful living and learning.
Each gathering will be facilitated by me and will include guided meditation and silent practice time, along with a suggested mindfulness practice for the week, and facilitated community sharing. Chairs will be provided. And tea will be served.

Join us for free monthly mindfulness meditation sessions at the Silver Lake Public Library. Each session will include guided meditation and silent practice time, along with a suggested daily life practice for the week, and the opportunity for community sharing.
Chairs will be provided. Please feel free to bring your own meditation cushion.
“SIT, WALK, DON’T TALK” SILENT MEDITATION MINI-RETREAT
Silent meditation retreats offer the opportunity to slow down, connect with our bodies, and cultivate a deep inner listening. Join Author and Mindfulness Facilitator, Jennifer Howd, for this silent meditation mini-retreat and learn tips from her new memoir Sit, Walk, Don’t Talk: How I Survived a Silent Meditation Retreat.
The day will be held in noble silence and will consist of alternating between 30-minute periods of sitting and walking meditation, with a break for lunch. This silent meditation mini-retreat is suitable for both novice and seasoned meditators. Sitting, walking, and eating meditation instructions will be provided.
