Mindfulness Classes
Saturday Morning Mindfulness
Take a break from your hectic schedule and come reflect and connect in a supportive community environment. Each gathering will include:
- Guided mindfulness meditation, followed by silent practice time
- A suggested mindfulness practice to carry into daily living
- Facilitated community sharing and connection
This is an ongoing, drop-in group. All levels of meditation and mindfulness experience are welcome (including none at all). Chairs will be provided. And tea & cookies will be served!
WHEN?
Saturday Morning Mindfulness is currently on hiatus

10am – 11:30am (EST)
**Please plan to arrive between 9:45am and 10am, as we will begin promptly at 10:05am.**
WHERE?
A private residence in the Pleasant Ridge neighborhood of Cincinnati with free street parking. Please note, we have two cats and a dog, and while they likely won’t be around while we meditate—their dander will be ☺️.

Seating is limited.
($5 suggested donation)
ACCESS NOTES: the gathering will take place on the first floor of a home that has a small, gently sloping yard. There are 2 steps from the yard to the front porch, and 1 step to the entrance. If you need close parking, please notify me when you RSVP.
COVID PROTOCOL: If you haven’t been vaccinated, masks are required to attend. For those have been vaccinated, masks are not required but are certainly not discouraged.
